Taking Stock!

Shoutout Costco rotisserie chicken!

I decided this deserved its own post despite being from October, because this day was soup to the max!! One Costco chicken broken apart into two soups, with the carcass (and the soups’ veg scraps) making a broth. I was on a soup roll. Maximize broth-its.

The smell? Incredible. The flavor? Bland until heavily salted. I suppose that is often the way of water-based things! (Post-salt was delicious, don’t worry.)
